teen process group
A six session group designed for adolescents age 13-18 to have a safe space to discuss topics related to relationships, school stress, coping skills, communication skills, and planning for the future alongside peers. Participants must attend all six sessions. Cost is $450. Sliding scale and scholarship options are available.
Modern Millennial WORKSHOP
A six series workshop, held weekly, that will cover topics related to mental health, lifestyle, and well-being. Each group will start with a check-in, followed by an informational portion about the topic of the week, an experiential activity, and will end with reflection and discussion. Cost is $40/session. Participants are invivted to attend as many or as few workshops as desired.
